The land registrar D. Víctor Prado delivered a lecture in the subject «Property Rights» of the Law Degree of the Faculty of Legal Sciences of University Rovira i Virgili on 21 May 2019. The students were asked to analyse a mortgage loan deed applying the Spanish mortgage law and the rules governing the Spanish land registry.
