Dr. Rosa M. Garcia Teruel has published a book chapter on compensation funds in Spain, within the book «Compensation funds in Comparative Perspective» (editors: T. Vandsweevelt and B. Weyts). This scientific contribution covers those compensation funds existing in our country, which are used as a mechanism to compensate victims in cases of mass damages (eg. meteorological phenomena that affect housing, environmental damages, etc.).
