Dr. Héctor Simón will take part next Wednesday, March 30, in the first plenary session of the Housing Council of Tarragona on behalf of the UNESCO Housing Chair. This Council is a consultative body with the capacity to prepare constructive proposals so as to guide the city’s housing policy.
