Prof. Dr. Sergio Nasarre has been invited to participate in the Housing Commission of the Congress of Deputies on the bill on administrative and procedural measures for the legal security of territorial and urban planning, the promotion and urban development of housing (122/000253), on June 30, 2026.
His speech addressed the elimination of tense areas and rent controls, the extension of possessory action to all legal entities and the reduction of forced extensions of rents.
