Prof. Dr. Sergio Nasarre delivered the inaugural lecture «Challenges and opportunities for housing in Spain and the Canary Islands» at the «I Congress of Housing in the Canary Islands», promoted by the Ministry of Public Works, Housing and Mobility, the Canary Islands Housing Institute and Visocan. The conference took place in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria on Monday, December 1, 2025.
