Dr. Héctor Simón Moreno participated on January 13 and 14 in the meeting of experts on forbereance and mortgage enforcement organised by the EVICT Project of the University of Groninguen (https://www.eviction.eu). Dr. Simón presented the reality and the main problems of mortgage enforcement in our legal system.
