Dr. Héctor Simón provided a training session at the College of Property Administrators of Tarragona on the problem of tourist rentals in condominiums and the available actions for the condominium board, such as the prohibition of the activity in the bylaws. The training session took place at the College’s headquarters on 12 December 2020.
